warning to FFU: summer time means de-hydration, means headache after you get inside

I stopped some work outside early feeling de-hydrated, not tired I wanted to keep going minus the feeling of de-hydration. I was covered in sweat.

I NOW HAVE A DE-HYDRATION HEADACHE for the evening :)

don't be like me - remember before you do it that you can't get away with it
