The County Executive presents the FY 2020 Advertised Budget Plan to the Board of Supervisors on February 19, 2019.

No cuts to the fluff @ the Taj Mahal, increased funding for the beast known as the schools which eats over half the entire budget. Secret raise to taxes by tweaking garbage and sewer rates and creative math with employee compensation.
C'mon counting contractual pay steps and lumping all of public safety into one category because the Maytag repairmen ( Fire Department ) get a raise?
Health care went up a couple of percent AGAIN, inflation is up AGAIN, and a whopping 1% cost of living increase? In the last ten years, my familiy's buying power has gone down over 10% because my pay hasn't gone up but my taxes have.
This place sucks and so does the new County Exec. He used to manage James City County which is the size of one of the smaller supervisor districts here in Fairfax. This county has a budget larger than the state of Rhode Island, talk about being out of league. Go back to podunk.

Well, the hits just keep on coming... Wait until all these new "Progressive" politicians are in power. More taxes, more homeless mental cases at every corner, more third world leeches, taking more than they contribute.
The best is one when of the progressive, "pets" commits a crime, they'll be let out of jail with no bond to commit more crimes. If/when it gets to court, the case will be dropped and the prosecutor's office will then go after the police for doing the job you asked them to do. The call to prey on Fairfax will be heard across the river and then the DC/PG/Baltimore savages will pounce. A perfect shitstorm, enjoy.
I predict the Mosaic center will look like little Seattle in five years, hahahaha fuck you skinny jean wearing bearded cucks and the real estate developers who built it.
