Massey bldg. dirt pile up.........

Why are they piling up a huge pile of dirt there ?

Grading it also (weird)

I thought Massey bldg was going to be torn down ?

It's chock full of asbestos. It will be a community-wide biological disaster when they tear that think down. Hope you don't live within 10 miles of that shithole.

Could they be building some type of berm that will surround the building to catch debris when they blow the bottom floors and the whole thing implodes? That will be some tricky work bringing that thing down with its proximity to all the surrounding buildings.
