The Supreme Court already decided that persons under the age of 18 can not be executed for any crimes they commit as they have not reached an age of majority that is sufficient to allow them to have the emotional and mental maturity to fully realize the crimes they committed and punishments that can be applied to them such as the death penalty
That's the same reason they can not be allowed to vote at age 16 . Liberals blew their chance with that when they screamed to let Malvo the 17 almost 18 year old sniper live instead of burn
Democrats burned in 2016 and now they want to rig the political games several ways. Not happening there just giving the welfare recipients more false hope
