The Fairfax County Police Department is investigating a man's death after officers found him lying in a road late Saturday.

Police responded to reports and arrived to the area of Backlick Road and Highland Street, when they discovered a 24-year-old man with an upper body injury.

NBC reports the man died after being taken to the hospital.

Investigators say the man's injury may not have been caused from a vehicle.

Officials are withholding the victim's name until relatives are notified and have not released further information.

Thank you voters for continuing to elect liberal democrats who encourage illegals to come flaunt our laws and rape, rob, and murder! Celebrate Diversity!

The deceased victim from Saturday evening's homicide has been identified as Junior Abel Flores, 24, of the Springfield area.

This homicide investigation is ongoing.

Around 10:05 p.m. on Saturday, officers were called to the area of Backlick Road and Highland Street for the report of a man lying in the roadway, possibly struck by a vehicle.

Officers located Flores and determined he had an injury to the upper body, not consistent with a vehicle crash. Flores was transported to the hospital where he later died. Police noted earlier that his next of kin were located outside of the country.

Seems like the OP has a point.
