Utube is a private co. They can make any rules they want to. If you don't like Utube's rules, don't go to that site.

People think "free speech" means "anyone, anytime". Wrong: the First Amendment exists as a control *on the government*, not on private or public companies. This isn't tricky, but for some reason people have trouble with it.
