Such questions are better to ask for doctors. After all, it concerns health and it's better to avoid self-treatment. But if it turns out that it's pregnancy then get prepared. It's gonna be tough for you both. My recommendation is to let her sleep with a special pillow http://pregily.com/, avoid conflicts, work harder, and save money. You'll need a lot.
