Where is the owner's incentive to do otherwise?
Danny has nearly TWO FOOTBALL FIELDS worth of yachts now. Why should he give a fuck about winning anything? I wouldn't if I were him. I'd be sitting around laughing about how stupid these people are to still be paying all this money for ads and beer and parking and rebroadcast rights when my team is mediocre on a good day.
The guy could literally wipe his ass with $1,000 bills for the rest of his life.

Leonsis and Lerner are far wealthier than Snyder, but the media doesn't hate them so they don't get shamed for spending their money.

Leonsis and Lerner have shown they know a hell of o lot more about building a winning team than danny boy does. danny boy even had his players giving away free tickets and begging people to go to games this year. It was pathetic
