FAKE WEATHER PREDUCTION AND Road Salting fraud: days ago i saw a long road already had been salted and rained on.

(days ago there were a few flakes and zero chance of accumulation, and roads were too warm to freeze. why were they salted?)

WTOP (tokyo rose) is predicting (literally) 4 inches to 12 inches

(note 4 can mean 2, but 12 means "emergency funding" $$$$$)
