I’m 16 and planning on selling water bottles at dc in the summer or maybe during the women’s march for college money. I won’t get a license. Is this illegal and if it is could I just give away water bottles for donations? Thanks guys

Go to the source. This page is a start, but they indicate they don't issue sidewalk vendor's licenses, but they should be able to direct you to the place that does.

DC is heavily regulated. Do it right or they'll shut you down and you'll be sitting on 2,000 bottles of water.

Thanks that helps a lot. But are all of the water vendors in dc really regulates? There are so many and i can’t believe they have to shell out more than 400 dollars just to sell water

I see that you're just going to argue until you get the answer you want, so - Yes, go right ahead and sell water without a permit. And don't forget to get all upset and act the injured party when the Park Police shut you down and fine you.

I wouldn’t worry about the park police , i would worry more about nogs stealing your water.

If you're white you won't have any problems.

First the niggers will steal your water, then the cops will shut you down and fine you if you try to report it.

If you want to be a capitalist/entrepreneur, your best bet is to stay clear of DC.

^^^ These idiots don’t know their ass from a whole in the ground. In DC, you would need both a vending permit and a license from the Dept of Health. Several
hundred dollars.

It’s a women’s march. Sell yourself as a male prostitute, junior. No inventory. Just keep Mr. Happy functioning.
