A man has been sentenced to 357 years in prison for sexually assaulting four women in a northern Virginia apartment more than 20 years ago.
The Washington Post reports that a prosecutor says the jury sentenced 50-year-old Jude Lovchik on Tuesday, a day after finding him guilty on all 17 counts in the 1995 Reston sexual assaults.
His ex-wife, Kathrin Lovchik, testified that he told her he was the “Fairfax rapist” in 2009. She went to authorities after losing custody of their daughter during their divorce in 2016. An investigation linked him to the case via DNA evidence. He was charged in 2017.
Public defender Dawn Butorac accused a forensic examiner of manipulating aspects of a DNA test to produce a match. Jude Lovchik did not testify.

this is not a conviction of someone who "assaulted room mates"
IT'S A RAPE CHARGE, PHYSICAL EVIDENCE IN COURT
it has ZERO to do with bringing up sex claims 20 years old which democrats are doing in the news

also: because there is DNA evidence doesn't mean he committed rape
it could have been consensual.
it's a divorce case and his wife turned him in: which is itself illegal: it's illegal to testify against one's own spouse in court - always has been
easily the case could be his wife is s vicious bitch and fx co gov is happily convicting a white guy, because he's white and has money and they can steer money to his wife and themselves
easily that could be the actual case we're discussing
20 year old case. can you believe women who are testifying? do they have evidence of injury? did they inform police of rape 20 yr ago and did they have evidence submitted? real physical injury evidence submitted 20 yr ago?

the main witness is divorcing him
it's a well known fact women join suits in rape cases who were not raped
i find the whole thing very suspicious
DNA is not enough. they could be 4 whores who need money.

it's extremely astute and fair to mention rapists have a mode of operation
raping 4 of their own room mates is a never heard of technique
most or all rapists rape women in secluded areas - women who do not know them*

Watch that and see how police railroad innocent people with false evidence.
Did he rape? Who knows.
All I know is that police need to solve a crime and cops lie.

Never found the body but found home guilty on a sweater fiber!

It is not illegal to testify against your spouse. You cannot be compelled to testify against your spouse. If you choose to, you may. If you do not want to, you cannot be forced to.
