Why would you call a investor/flipper an asshole?

You sound downright un-neighborly!

I'm glad I'm not living on your block, someone comes in to make the house he bought more presentable and you call him an asshole...

If the "local asshole investor/flipper" was smart, you would NEVER know as they would just fill out the forms to have their name withheld from the on-line database.

27 years ago, I flipped my first house in NOVA. Today, I look in my records and I see that I have flipped 447 homes since then.

I don't get the hate for my line of work. I find rundown properties in neighborhoods all over the region. My crew and I renovate them using our own hands and backs. And then I personally handle the re-sale myself. I'm no Chip Gaines but I do ok. I offer a 5 year full home warranty on all of my homes I sell and I've had 5 claims.

My money buys the house. My money and my sweat pays for the renovation. So, why shouldn't I profit?

I think a lot of this is sour grapes by people who chose to live next door to a dumpy house and then watch someone like me waltz in and extract tens of thousands of dollars of money that was basically lying around.

I work sun up to sun down 7 days a week. I'm white and I employ whites.

I have flipped a few houses but I pay illegals to do most of the work. Sometimes I rent them to illegals for a year or two before starting the renovations. They are not picky about the condition of the property and they pay the rent in cash and usually on time. One of the first illegals I rented to does all my painting and carpet work to this day.

The tax consequences of flipping suck so I do the same as above, I rent it out to minorities for the first couple years and then renovate, cutting costs and corners every chance I get during the reno.

On a side not, icare the fairfax database stopped allowing google to crawl it's data. You used to be able to use google search to scan through their database instead of the shitty search they have.

We hate anyone who works hard and succeeds, especially if they're white males. It makes our constituents unhappy that their welfare checks are lower than your profits.

You're talking to a libtards. Libs hate hard working people. They think the government should own all property and all the wealth. They don't believe in self sufficient, independent living. Anybody that works and is prosperous is hated by libs unless they are one of the liberal elite who own their lives.

LOL! Do you get get employer IDs and I-9s every time you hire a contractor? No.

I pay my guy cash just like everyone else does, he gives me a receipt and from there we're both happy. I get to deduct his labor and he gets his cash.

I see what you're getting at, but in the flipping business we don't play by those rules. Maybe other things like restaurants or hotels you have a point.

Read the rules, numb-nuts. Remember that ignorance of the law is not a valid defense. All employers must file withholding taxes for their employees and have a completed I-9 verifying that each employee is eligible to work in the US. That you failed to know that marks you as just another dumb-fuck Lying Liar.

Dude, you can't flip shit without big-time government involvement. Your fairy tale claims are a transparent load of total bullshit.

Well good thing I'm not an employer. Simply a one man show hiring a contractor for assistance.

LOL! What goverment involvement?? Renovating a house requires zero goverment involvement unless you're making major structural changes. Which would be avoided anyways unless that's your specialty.

To start with, renovation work needs to be permitted, you middle-school moron. For all the credibility you've established here, my guess would be that you don't actually own as much as a hammer and are just some 14-year old abusing privileges on the computer in the school library.

LOL, no one gets permits for renovations. The only exception being major structural changes or additions. In your dream world do people actually pull a permits to put new cabinets, flooring, countertops and other cosmetic changes.

They do, and the state and the feds actually give a shit as well. Any business that intends to stay in business knows not to fuck around. The very last thing you want in that case is ICE and IRS guys coming around to check you out. Smart people want to blend into tha background, and you do that by complying in as many ways as you can. But stick to your dumbass right-wing comic books, dorko. They should be reliable enough for you.

Your stock is crashing, dumbshit. ALL of the following types of work are among those that require a permit...

Interior alterations (including finished basements but excepting new floors, carpets, paint, and trim work), porches and decks (including alterations to existing), new and replacement gas appliances, new and replacement HVAC equipment, new plumbing fixtures, new electric appliances, sheds and playhouses over 256 square feet, retaining walls over 3 feet, roof sheathing replacements over 100 square feet, new exterior stairs or stoops, demolition of buildings and structures, installation of sump pumps and electric car charging equipment, and movement of a lot line.

I can tell you go to home depot for renovations and haven't actually worked in the real world.

Example of a flip :

https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3803-Tall-Oak-Ct-Annandale-VA-22003/51847320_zpid

Permits pulled : none.

If you get a permit to change basic shit like appliances and new plumbing fixtures, you're a retard.

Oh yeah...I think I saw on the news last week where ICE and the IRS busted some guy for a code violation. LOL!!!! Not.

I know YOU don't get involved in any of this because your posts give you away as incapable of anything like actual work, but the grownups that do this know what they are doing.
