Helicopter keeps flying over KINGSTOWNE nad Hayfield area..
It’s annoying...are they after someone? Or is this a military drill?

There is a military helicopter training facility located at Quantico.
An additional part of their curriculum is when they partner with local jurisdictions.
Kingstowne and Hayfield frequently require police helicopter surveillance services due to the superior social classes who actively procreate and fill the area with their law-shunning spawn.

What political party are those folks in the Helo. If GOP, no problem. If Obamites then it is a problem as they are probably spying on you and your actions.

That is one of the two Fairfax County Police Department helicopters, aka "Fairfax One." The officers/pilots keep their flight hours up by flying over every convenience store theft, petty crime, and "suspicious person" found in some neighborhoods.
At $2,000+ per hour, at least they were flying over Kingstowne, inside Fairfax County.
They often are sent to Montgomery, Arlington, Loudoun, Prince William, Prince Georges counties, in addition to various cities. Fairfax County receives no compensation for the free helicopter service (including medevac medical transport) Fairfax County provides to these other Counties/Cities.
Keep your tax dollars rolling into Fairfax County and don't forget to write the next checks--Car Tax in October, and second Real Estate Tax in November! Prince William County et al is depending on your support so they don't have to spend money on their own helicopter service.
