My grandparents moved into cardinal forest in 1965. When they later built the Tivoli complex, there was problems from the start. It’s long been a hotspot for shady activity. Shit, about a year ago that drug addict was murdered there, and a couple months ago I was out walking my dog and hear a bunch of commotion from an window, I look up and everyone is chimping out and doing lines off a coffee table (blinds wife’s open, like dumbasses)

Tivoli was like purgatory when I lived there with Derek Mohler.
Cars would get broken into,
People would park at the top of the hill and smoke grass in their cars.
Then, there was a Brazilian family that ran an escort service there-circa 2002.
Next, there was a weird guy that had a huge Great Dane that would play catch w his dog and terrify kids.
Lots of bad juju bc it was the asshole of West Springfield.

Shoot I didn’t know about the escort service haha. I’ve also heard that the police monitor that area more than anywhere in the west Springfield district
