There seems to be a cover up. No one seems to be talking, perhaps paid not to by fx co gov.

(the article just above was read, however the first url posted was used because it contained a photo: but the facts are completely backwards between the two articles)

facts:

(1) the woman was not treated at a hospital

(2) police did not show a photo of any head injury

I RULES THIS A POSSIBLE MURDER AND HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS

and suspect murder for insurance money or some other monetary benefit is involved

stranger and danger:

police admit the boy didn't fight them before he was cuffed, but that they shot him while in handcuffs because of (kicking?) endangered them

the police say the man resisted medication, then and "just fell", after which medics who were already on scene found him dead

candada: boy who'd done no crime forced onto medication by courts and parents, after long period of forced medication and insisting he didn't want medication, a warrant was issued for police to arrest him for refusing medication. police claim "the boy was weilding a knife and told us to leave" (not proven - police had a photo of knives "taken out and arranged for view", not proven the boy ever held them - it was perhaps and after death cover up)

AND THE BOY WAS SHOT BY POLICE. no proven weapon. no warrant that was legally issued. no crime done. certainly no threat to officers: the only threat was the demand the boy "be medicated by the state"

You nailed it. No cop shot his/her gun and no one was shot!

Why the "fake news," as you correctly call it? OP and others apparently never read any of the linked articles as the reports are that no shots were fired and no weapons used on him. Or maybe they just hate cops and it's their go to play ever time there is a death with cops at the scene.

Bearing in mind that the articles might have inaccuracies in them, one can figure out the most likely explanation for this tragedy.

The brother of the decedent received a call from his mother telling him that her other son, Christopher Paul, was having a meltdown smashing things in the house. A psychotic break, a medical emergency, adverse drug reaction, whatever.

The brother, who received the call from his mother, was not at the location of the event. He calls 911 and reports that Christopher Paul is going berserk at the mother's house.

Complainant caller reports his concern that his brother will injure his mother. Berserk brother may only have marijuana and DWI arrests in his past, but caller (and maybe his mother?) believe that berserk brother is using opiates. Caller tells 911 about the opiate use.

That's how it gets into a "domestic" as opposed to just a medical emergency. How does one pigeon hole the call? Maybe medical and domestic.

Cops show up and try to talk the berserk guy down. He falls to the ground and cops cuff and put a kicking restraint on him.

They bring the paramedics in, but the guy dies anyway. Medical emergency or overdose or what. The autopsy will reveal a cause.

Maybe OP or someone else who has trashed the police here, would like to explain what the cops did wrong?

Cops are not always perfect, anymore than doctors, architects, engineers, attorneys, accountants, ministers, whatever profession, are perfect always.

Still, if you hate cops, next time you need help call a meth head.
