KIA: Bucky, Drax, Groot, Mantis, Maximoff, Parker, Quill, Strange, T-Challa and Wilson.

Alive: Stark, Nebula, Rogers, Thor, Banner, Romanoff, Rhodes, Rocket, Okoye, and M'Baku.

But, we know they will all be back in the next film because Strange goes into the future and finds the one path in 14,000,000 possible paths that allow them to survive and goes about setting them on it.
