Seriously, down in Fairfax City and Vienna, they're at many four way intersections with homeless signs. These are able bodied people FFS.

The guy that's often at Pickett Rd. & Rt. 50 lives in Circle Towers.
Don't give, he's NOT a Vet, NOT homeless, NOT in need.
He does it because he needs Beer money, and is too lazy.
Yell, "Get a Job"... it pisses him off.
Saw him talking on a new iPhone with sign under his arm yesterday.
On Thursday, the girl at Pan Am, someone gave her a container of Strawberries. She set them down and left the intersection.
It's a fricken joke and Fairfax needs to Stop this harassment at Intersections.
