Well it makes sense that our country will be run by illegals and third world transplants within 2 decades. They surround the DC area and that is where all the Fancy Fed jobs are. In my esteemed estimation unless something major occurs within the next couple of years the United States is finished. Say hello to China, Russia, Iran as our new world leaders.

Back in 1975 Fairfax County was a great place to live.

The only way to save the DC inner-Beltway suburbs is to move a lot of the federal Departments to other parts of the country. Concentrating so many fed jobs - and the progressives that fill them - in one place simply ruins the area.

More Departments West is spot on.
We should start a movement and see if something
the Trump admin can take onboard for consideration.
I've always felt it was a disservice to the rest of the
taxpaying nation to have every department condensed in the
DC area. Imagine the farmer earning 50k a year for laboring and risking
everything for a crop whilst some libtard admin wiene at USDA receives
a 150k + golden benefits and retirement. This reality is an obamination

Last sentence is very incorrect. They are taking their instruction from their teachers with guidance from the School Board. With kids spending at least twice the face time with teachers than their parents, they are graduating from high school budding socialist activists and anarchists.

That future is here already to some degree. It really is ironic, most of the bird-brained progressives live in mcmansions in one of the few respectable neighborhoods left, or in walled compounds away from the favelas and all of the brown mud skinned people, whilst preaching and virtue signaling how wonderful diversity is.

The dumps are never a good place to live. You should have paid more attention in school. Those of us who did live pleasant lives in this area regardless of our politics. Too bad you fell so far short.

Most of Fairfax County's current problems can be traced to the decision by the BOS to make the County a business center, coupled with the County's failure to adequately plan the County to meet the needs of being a business center.

Fairfax County also slept on the Metro. It's not an accident that the Orange Line takes that swift turn onto the median of I-66 the moment it enters Fairfax, practically guaranteeing that Fairfax couldn't ever rise to be a business center like Arlington did.

They just couldn't give a fuck or wouldn't.

That's exactly what the third world looks like - lots of lawless slums, with a few walled, privately-secured compounds for the wealthy. That is what Mexico City, Medallion, Sao Paolo, Cape Town, Lagos, Buenos Aires, etc. looks like. Hope you have enough money, or you're going to find living in America very difficult

The W&OD right-of-way was the base for both 66 and the Metro. Both skirted Falls Church City for reasons that should be obvious.
