A local contractor has been hiring illegals and then murdering them at the end of the job to avoid paying them. FCPD got a tip that the bodies were dumped at this location. Fairfax forensics team had to take down the wall to get to the bodies.

hey don't let the courthouse jump the gun and send you a bill

you tell them you'll do the "work" of replacing the stones yourself

if they jump the gun and send a bill sue the damn court house
