Thank you for bringing this up. It has never been mentioned before. If you like NY style pizza so much then move the fuck back or learn to cook.

Italian Store is by far the best in the area. Del Rays in Alexandria and Mia's in Bethesda also really good

Anyone know the best place to get a window tint around here?

If you know a good DUI lawyer that would be helpful too

Are you talking about the New York Pizza Factory? If so, I disagree. I've gotten pizza from there twice only because they're open so late. After the second time I'll never go back. There was something really off with their pepperoni. It had what I can only describe as a mild bleach taste. Never again.

I like Valentino's Pizza at 4813 Beauregard St. Alexandria (Lincolnia). It is just off of Rte 236 West at Exit 3 off of 395. My husband is from Manhattan and he likes it.

There's way too many differences between people's tastes to have a one-size-fits-all answer.

Pretty much aside from the national chains (crap), most pizza places prices seem to be getting out of reach for a relatively simple food. It'll easily cost $30-$40 for just a couple pizzas with a couple toppings take-out pretty much anywhere. That's a lot of dough. Pun intended

I like the white pizza from Church Street in Vienna. It's only $11.17 for a large.

I've tried a majority of the pizza places in the area, with that said, there's a new place on Worldgate Drive (Worldgate Plaza), in Herndon; called "Pizzanese." It's fuc*ing DELICIOUS! It's essentially the Chipotle concept integrated with Pizza; (e.g. You choose your dough, sauce, unlimited toppings, and they put it in their brick oven, and 3min later it's ready), all that for $8.50.

They use good/fresh materials too, and the overall ambiance in there is very modern and trendy. They opened back in March, check it out!

On a side note, I've been a loyal fan of Rubinos in Herndon/Ashburn, their white pizza is on point like a box cutter.
