If you have a clean record and speak Spanish, yes, you've got a good PD resume. Speaking Spanish is far, far more important than a college degree - it's absolutely retarded that PDs want college degrees these days, as they're totally useless, But progressive politicians want to make sure you've had the requisite progressive world view brainwash.
If progressive politics didn't play a roll in PD hiring, a good resume would look like this:
1. Clean record (though I'd be lenient about 5-10mph over speeding)
2. Speak Spanish - this is INVALUABLE
3. Military record, extra points for a combat MOS, and extra extra points for gunts, combat medics, and combat engineers
4. College degree - meh
If you have a clean record and speak Spanish, yes, you've got a good PD resume.
