It's better to be honest and let them know someone hired you than to keep collecting unemployment to which you weren't entitled. If you think you're in debt now, just wait until you have to hire a lawyer when they find out you lied about still being out of work.

OP sounds like a lazy nigger who will soon be unemployed again. Useless leech might as well do what every nigger would do and keep double-dipping.

I worked with a lady who left her job just because she was tired of working and could live off her husband's salary. While talking to her on her last day she mentioned that she tried to get her boss to lay her off so she could collect unemployment but he refused. She was white. I used to have a little office place crush on her, now I think she's a cunt.

You will probably be laid off or fired again soon, so keep collecting the unemployment.

I earn 80k a year under the table and still get the ebt card and free medical care. White people owe me because of slavery.

The Virginia requirement is that you have to be working for more than 32 hours a week for 90 days and must have completed any training or probationary period up to 90 days before that to be considered "full-time employed".

Once you've completed your training period, probation period, and have worked 90 regular days, then you stop collecting unemployment because you're considered to have "stable employment".

You're not "getting away" with anything. If you've just started working, it's perfectly legal for you continue to collect unemployment payments for up to 180 days following the above rules.

I worked with a woman who had been on welfare and somehow "forgot" to inform the welfare officials she'd found a job. She wound up in court and the only reason the judge didn't send her to jail was because she had two kids. She was ordered to repay all the money she'd collected from her date of employment and he warned her very sternly that if she found herself in court again he'd throw the book at her.

This clown is talking out of his ass. You cannot continue to collect unemployment if you start working again, unless you're working only part-time and getting paid less than the UI benefit amount; there's a formula for that. Every month, the State runs a crosscheck of the database of UI claimants against the database of those working - hope your name doesn't pop up on it. It's called "nonfraud overpayment" in the beginning, but if the amount rises to a certain level, it's "fraud" overpayment.

In 2010 VA Emp. Comm. stold my unemployment check.

Despite filing a suit, I have still not gotten any justice.

I am %100 qualified to receive it.

Dems in Richmond are fucking thugs.

Since that time, since the time I cited several instances of actions taken against me that local politicians OWE ME BIG on, the courts and police have harassed me almost continually.

And they'll seek reimbursement of any improper payments.
