A reward is offered for a suspect accused of injuring two deputies as he allegedly attempted to flee from the scene of a larceny at the Sterling Costco.

Deputies were called to the store around 3:45 p.m. Saturday for a report of a larceny in progress—a man was attempting to take televisions from the store.

According to the report, deputies confronted the suspect and attempted to stop him. The man entered his vehicle, closed the driver’s side door on one deputy’s hand. A second deputy attempted to grab the suspect through his window. The suspect drove away, dragging the deputy for approximately 60 feet and striking a deputies' cruiser. Both deputies were treated and released at an area hospital.

Investigators have released still photos of the suspect and his vehicle, a 2004-2006 model Acura with New York tags.

Anyone with information regarding the identity or whereabouts of the suspect, is asked to call Detective W. Promisel at 703-777-0475. Callers wishing to remain anonymous may call Loudoun Crime Solvers at 703-777-1021. If the information leads to an arrest and indictment, the caller could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

Sterling isn't in Fairfax County. There is a Loudoun County forum on this site for Sterling-related posts.

This was posted here, because no one knows where the suspect lives or will be seen. BOLO means..."Be on the look out", you might see him in your county.

People like you make me sick. Do you think that there's some kind of invisible forcefield that holds these suspects within the boundaries of the county? Fucking moron, the police are asking for your help in finding this suspect. He could be holed in the apartment right next to you in Fairfax.

I really wish they would just go on and call it Northern Virginia Underground so tunnel visioned cunts like yourself don't have your "this isn't in Fairfax County-off topic" bullshit to post.

i've noticed that many cops have claimed injury without showing actual injury. the prosecutors (judge) and county love this and they are encouraged and paid to do it, maybe even fired if they refuse to

i want to see the injury these cops have

i don't take kindly to a cop claiming a scratch (which for all we know was done when he tripped over the perp) as an injury

THAT MY ASS is being asked to pay for

that makes cops, judge, fx. co. up for felony to ME

hello ? why are you avoiding court now ?

Neither the OP or any replies have expanded on why the headline says that the deputies were fleeing the Sterling Costco.

Can't say that I blame them. I've felt like fleeing Costco plenty of times.

Kudos to them for nabbing some perps in the process.
