I don't know where you got he 84 million americans living aboard and suspect you made it up or forget to put a decimal point between the 8 and the 4. The pretty much agreed upon estimate is somewhere between 6 and 9 million US citizens living abroad. Not even close to your fantasy number of almost 100 million. Did you think anyone would buy such a ridiculously high number (basically 28% of the total population of the US is living abroad)? Sad!
