red truck driving wrong way on Route 28 in Centreville

Anyone hear about a red truck that was driving the wrong way on Route 28 today? They had lost their left tires, crossed the median near Braddock and when they finally pulled over near 66, looked like they ran out of their car and into the woods...craziness!
