Parents sue private school over son's stupidity

Another reason I hate Maryland! Parents (aka Jewish) sue Bullis school b/c son didn't get into college of their choice.

Note that the court threw out the suit. But it might be reasonable to note that one of the sales pitches expensive private schools ($35,000 a year at Bullis) make is that they will prepare their students to succeed and will help them get into selective colleges. Maybe the school had an obligation to communicate to the parents earlier that the kid wasn't making it, or maybe they shouldn't even have taken him in the first place.
