No assessment can be made of the coaching staff becsuse they have little talent to coach
I'm not saying this is a Super Bowl level coaching staff but Bruce Allen is the problem here. He is not in synch with Jay Gruden on the positions that need to be improved and he is not drafting or trading for the kinds of players that will help them improve as a team.

That Terrelle Pryor acquisition alone should have been enough to get Allen fired...
