Remember When FFXU

Remember when this website wasn't a trolls nest of neo-nazis? Wuerthers remembers. The quality of this site continues to go down due to a lack of enforcement by Cary on the rules that he himself instituted. Based on the precipitous drop in the amount of new posts, interesting posts, in the Fairfax General forum other than the OT threads that a certain someone purposefully posts incorrectly there, I can only assume that the trolls have won and those who still come back here hoping for something of note about Fairfax have jumped ship. We still have a couple of interesting threads, but I for one have already bookmarked those specifically, and don't even venture elsewhere anymore. It's only a matter of time before the trolls start realizing this and posting their bullshit in those threads too, but I guess we'll deal with that when it happens.

To the Stabithas and Yucky24s of the world, get a fuckin life, you people post hundreds of times on this site a day. You are likely both (if not the same person) a parasite on society.

Agreed, to a point - note that if the site attracts some level of interest because of the, well, foolishness, then that makes it somewhat more valuable.

Yucky24 is a characature not really meant to be taken to seriously.

Stabitha is openly racist of course but he can be funny/interesting too.

I will say it sounds like unmoderated forums like this are not for you. I used to read Craigslist rants and raves and it used to be very very funny but over the years it devolved into political ravings. Both sides there just attacking each other with an amazing amount of vitriol. The last time I went on there it was more than 90% political.

Cary does still mod this section of the site though. Your rant applies to off topic but I don't think it applies to General.
