ARLINGTON, Va. (AP) -- Police have charged a former hospital technician with raping a 37-year-old patient.
Arlington County Police said Monday that 30-year-old Roy Anthony Jones of Washington was working as a CT scan technician at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington when the alleged attack occurred on Jan. 13.
