Attendance for NOVA high school football games vary depending on many factors. Size of school, caliber of team, rivalry games, championship games...
A Centreville vs. Westfield football game can draw as much as 5,000-7,000+ in attendance, but a regular Friday night lights at Thomas Jefferson would be lucky to have a couple hundred show up to watch a game.

$5 for regular season games. Playoffs may bump up to $8-10 depending.

Pretty soon, school sports, especially football, must be self-supporting or they won't be there at all. That's how bad the budget it. Schools will have to charge approximately $1000 for the kid to play, no telling how high the admission will go.
