Get paid more than men these days in the DC Metro area/region. And they traditionally get what is politely reffered to as 'the less stern positions'.
And even though many get paid more, too many of them think that any and all men making less, additionally traditionally working the more 'stern' positions (difficult) that they should still have to pay pay pay for everything like the dinner and a movie date bill.
This is when you know very well these types of women are not virtuous women.
They have an unscrupulous attitude towards men in general.

In many jobs that dont require a degree people get paid more because they have been there longer. Thats the way it is. It is called experience. Women have babies, time off . So they may not have as much time in. If a woman has the same experience and does the same work yes she should get the same pay. Now for jobs that require higher degrees if she preforms the same brings in as much money or more to the firm/business yes a woman should be paid for preformance equal to or more then men that dont preform as well. Equal is Equal
