The truth is Fairfax was slow growth because it had been (and really still is) a bedroom community of the federal government. It grew slow because fast growth would be an insult to the rest of the USA about whether their government was actually, itself, loyal to the USA.

Today's growth mostly benefits illegals and DC implants (people from DC effected by DC city stealing so much money they are bussed out of their home town to anywhere that "takes them")

Illegals are in luxury homes, huge number of luxury townhouses, immense numbers of good quality condos: and also are %95 inhabiting Fairfax's smaller apartments (mostly made before fairfax become an area who's sole goal was to provide luxury to illegals via gov. contract jobs)

IT'S ILLEGALS WHO BENEFIT. PEOPLE LIKE ME HAVE ONLY SEEN SCARCE RESOURCES, LESS JOBS, LESS LAND, HIGHER PRICES, AND INABILITY TO BREED INFACT - while the local government uses my families decaces of tax money to: run a fucking crime family
