Do you think it's another one of those day laborers that worked for the local contractor? The contractor that saves money by killing the undocumented workers at the end of a job and disposes of the bodies in local ponds? This story has all the markings.

There were no obvious signs of TRAUMA.
(thanks for the tip but we can guess 28 yr olds do not show up in ponds floating unless there's been something ILLEGAL going on) could happen but how often? not in your fucking lifetime.

At about 7:30 p.m., officers responded to the 5800 block of Trinity Parkway in the Centreville area after a passer-by reported seeing a body in the pond, the department said in a statement.

Centreville had been a home of lower paid gov workers and tech workers and some maintenance people.
Centreville had been a home of Digital Equipment Corporation HQ and manufacturing of one of the company's printers, and a few other good things.

holy crap i just took a flip through pages of crime in that area
i now see what there's posts about open carry
