A student at Fairfax High School has been charged with secretly recording video of other students using the stalls in a boy’s restroom.

Phatsakorn Pongpasit of Fairfax, a 20-year-old senior at the high school, was arrested after school leaders reached out to police Thursday.

“It was recorded on his cellphone,” said Sgt. Natalie Hinesley with the City of Fairfax Police Department.

Pongpasit is charged with possession of child pornography and unlawful creation of an image of another. It was not clear exactly how many students were filmed.

He has been released from jail on bond.

Only thing that will allow a 20-21 year old to still be in high school if they are mentally challenged/special Ed kids.

FCPS allows the mentally challenged/special Ed kids to stay in high school until they are 21.

Many of the kids with mental challenges often have strange sexual desires as well.

NOBODY who is 20 years old should be a HS student for ANY reason. On his/her 19th birthday, EVERY HS student should get shoved out the door.
