Why is the price of gasoline already moving towards $5?

The price of gasoline in this area has gone up 50 cents in the last two months? I thought Trump just signed shit that would bring the price down?

$5 gasoline again?

In Fredricksburg its 2.03 a Gal..Way Down From Obama Gas at 2.28 a gal..minutes before Trump was sworn in..And Going Up..
