FCPS Closed on Monday

All Fairfax County public schools and offices will be closed on Monday, March 17. The following activities in schools and on school grounds are canceled:

extracurricular activities
interscholastic contests
team practices
field trips
middle school after-school programs
professional learning and training courses
all adult and community education classes
recreation programs and community use by outside groups not affiliated with FCPS


School Age Child Care (SACC) centers are closed.


Fuck Yeah! Another day off suckas!

Just got up at 10:30 what should have been a school day and getting up before 6:00. This winter has been fucking awesome with all the delays and school closings. And to think we're only having to do three extra this summer, and that last one is early release anyhow. If this is climate change I'm all for it.
