Please don't jump down my throat but how can I complain on a particular Fairfax County police lieutenant? I'm assuming online or written complaints go through supervisors so I just want to make sure that someone addresses the situation. Once the dust is Settled then people will realize that this lieutenant is incompetent, lazy, and unintelligent.

you can try, but since most of them are as described above, you may not have much luck. the good ones are great, but the majority are incompetent, power hungry and abusive. Call their supervisor.

Complaining on a cop is the worst thing you can do. It stops them from getting a promotion! Go for it, contact their supervisor!

HAHAHAHHAAHAH. You just described the current Command Staff of the Fairfax County Police Department. Look at the minority members of the Command Staff.....totally incompetent. Only promoted due to minority promoting? Most say yes.

You should write a letter directly to the Chief of Police; and the Board of Supervisors. Try the media as well.

Dude....your complain will go straight in the trash.

So what station does this Lieutenant work at?

Let me know how your complaint process goes. I, too, am pissed off at one of those cops for completely false charges.

1) police only report what they feel is the law (if they aren't ticket stalking)

it's the magistrate (the on duty cheap ass judge) then the judge

who decide if the officer should have pulled you in down town and if any law was broken by which party, you, or them, moreso: if any

write down a log of everything that happens and why you feel it's illegal. the officerts name. but moreso the magistrate and judge and lawyers

if you can show a repeated behavior you may get your day in court yet

while each of them can be technically sued as individuals doing illegal things on the job (harassing you). USUALLY it's your duty to put up with it as a civil duty.

if the action against you is repeated or targeted. then it is a whole different story. that MUST be stopped in any way possible.

the use of law as a veil for crime cannot be tolerated

If the lieutenant is in charge of a specialty unit then it's easier to get them in trouble. You should wait until the dusts Settles then complain.
