Not many ppl care to stand around gawking at cars when it's 13 degrees outside. Come spring, there is a car meet every Fri night from roughly 7-11pm at the Chick fil-a in Sterling.

You will probably need to reserve a pavillion or get permission from the Park Authority if you plan on doing a fundraiser type of event. Contact them and ask - why ask a forum?

Check out the Knight of Columbus in Arlington, they have a couple every year and they have the necessary facilities. Bar, Food, Bathrooms and lots of space.

Knights of Columbus scare me. Any group that walks around in white sheets and has a grand wizard is a bit off.
