Good list. I thought the reason for embalming was to prevent the spread of disease. Good to know it is optional. I will be cremated. I don't care what happens to my body after death.

They prey on emotional distress. Given all of the medical procedures I've been through, I'm donating my body to science. I won't need it any more. Screw the funeral industry.
