Heroin Ring

What the hell is still going on with these kids in the Westfields district? I thought they popped like 30 people before on the drugs that are seeping in NVA and now we have 4 more deaths attributed to a bad batch of Heroin here. When the fuck are people going to learn? Sad thing though because young people just don't understand the ramifications of the their actions. I lost people in highschool and to this day still do because of bad choices they make. But snitches trickle down the stream though and more and more people WILL be getting popped and they they will be sitting in their cells with the reality of what is going on. Now they have no more control of their lives because it will be run by the penal system. I blame it on rap! Bwuah hahahaha
