First time I've seen it actually appear on Flightradar24.

Is the yellow path the Fairfax helicopter? Why would they travel up the river the same as landing and taking off planes out of National and why is the path up the river white?

I do see the helicopter go up and down the river a lot. Noise restrictions around the area? I know planes landing at National have to follow strict noise restriction and stay on the river.
