DC and Metro traffic this weekend

With the 4th of JULY weekend fast approaching what will it be like riding the Metro on Sunday? Still a nightmare with the track work. Only one-way metro traffic still?
Want to take the Metro from Reagan airport to the Wiehle-Reston stop.

And I read the Nats are also playing at 1:30 pm on Sunday.

Well, let me know.

Perhaps the metro will create a website before the weekend to inform us of the answers to these pressing questions.

I heard on the local news today that the Metro work will continue thru July 5th. The silver line is one area.
Anyone have any more updates on this?

With the Nats playing Sunday it could be a real mess.

They will be installing transporters to overcome the service interruption.

The Nats are always at home for the 4th of July. They began last night a 10-game homestand on which they will play every day through July 6. The game on the Fourth itself will start (as it always does) at 11:05. Start times are normal on other dates.
