City Crime - Someone Took A beating at Layton Hall

10300 Block of Layton Hall Drive / Layton Hall Apartments – On April 25 at 2:25 PM the 23 year old male resident reported that after they knocked on the door, three subjects, one male and two female, entered the apartment without permission and the male subject began attacking the resident with a steel bar. When another occupant of the apartment called police, the intruders ran away, but two were detained by responding police officers and the third was subsequently identified. Suraje Hassan Dumbuya, 21, of 10919 Santa Clara Drive, Fairfax, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with assault and battery and unlawful entry and his bond for those offenses was set at $3000. He was ordered held without bond for an outstanding warrant for probation violation from Prince William County. Julia Anne Spencer, 21, and Johanna Princess Graham, 22, both of 10919 Santa Clara Drive, Fairfax, were charged with unlawful entry and released on summonses.
