Somebody sure seems to like robbing the banks in the Reston Area. That's the four Reston bank in two months. Interesting that it was the BB&T, the robber seems to like those banks and robbing them about 5-6pm.
Interesting that the last two banks robbed in Reston had pathway tunnels under the road about 50 feet away.

Remember when the "powers that be" said bank robber evolved to the electronic level and the days of the masked bank robber and shoot-outs in the streets was a thing of the past?

Robbery at BB&T Bank in Reston
A 52-year-old Ashburn woman working as a teller at the BB&T Bank located at 11100 South Lakes Drive was robbed, on Friday, January 9. Shortly before 6 p.m., a man produced a handgun and demanded money. An undisclosed amount of cash was handed over and nobody was injured. The suspect fled on foot through a pedestrian tunnel that crosses under South Lakes Drive.

This lady drives all the way from Ashburn to Reston (30 minutes in traffic) for a $12-an-hour job? Aren't there banks in Ashburn?
