ASAP First Offenders Program

Does anyone know if ASAP urine tests, look for alcohol? Or if they just measure drug usage?

They'd be morons if they tested for alcohol in urine. It would be a collosal waste of money to pay a lab to do such a test (or to pay for hand-held urine ethanol tests).

asap only does breath test. if you were also sent to ADS then you will pee. do not drink the day before asap or ads if you have alcohol in your urine you will still have it on your breath. even ads does not do etg testing for alcohol break down enzymes at least not for first offenders. did you have to a breath thing put into your car?

a BOSS has the "right" to do drug tests only because you agree to them. it's arguable in court (not yet overturned) that this is entrapment, the tests are really for making money or for random firing.

the GOVERNMENT on the other hand cannot do random drug tests. they are lying to you.

you have no agreement with these mother fuckers other than the constitution

if you are not doing anything wrong (ie, they have no specific search warrant) they cannot harass you with "gov mandated dictated by edict" forced searches of your insides

My ASAP PO forgot to have me sign paperwork this morning during my intake. I'm forced to go back in tomorrow morning. Has this happened to anyone else? How much paperwork could there be?! I feel like I already filled and signed plenty.

Why don't u toads just try doing the right thing for a change instead of trying to beat the system? You are screwing yourselves and blaming everyone else for your problems as usual.
