10460 Fairfax Boulevard / Jim McKay Chevrolet Used Car Lot – manager reported unknown person(s) had stolen a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 from the back of the lot.

Vehicle Tampering
9400 Block of Fairfax Boulevard / Parking Lot - vehicle owner reported that unknown person(s) had entered his unlocked vehicle, damaged the steering wheel and apparently attempted to hot wire the vehicle.
January 21 between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM
Stolen Vehicle
9555 Fairfax Boulevard / Liberty Gas Station – an employee reported that a customer’s 2002 Acura had been stolen from the station’s lot by unknown person(s)

Vehicle Theft ARREST
vehicle stolen from Liberty Gas Station on January 21 at 730PM was located at the rear of 9547 Fairfax Boulevard and was occupied by two subjects. Stolen property, including two BB guns and a credit card, were found in the vehicle. One of the subjects was a 17 year old from the Fairfax area. Shataer Subi, 22, of 9451 Lee Highway, Fairfax, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, credit card theft and petit larceny. His bond was set at $12,000.
