They just upped the forecast to 31' inches starting around 5pm tomorrow night.

Actually, the high now level will keep most bad drivers off the roads until they are plowed ..
It is after they are plowed when the real danger sets in.

Actually 2Ft for around Centreville, Dulles airport area - mainly western fairfax is supposed to really get hit
