Any Bank Easy-Access Safe Deposit Boxes?

I'm so tired of having to "take a number" behind people opening accounts before I can get my escort to the safety deposit box room. I have heard a few Bank of America branches have self-service deposit boxes where access is provided via your handprint match at a scanner. Wow! No waiting on a sign-in sheet. BoA 800 number people have no idea what branches do this. I called a bunch of branches six months ago and didn't find one located in the eastern side of Northern Virginia or nearby DC but a couple said it was coming. Before I go back to waiting on hold at a bunch of banks again, I'm wondering if anyone knows of banks/branches offering any kind of self-service box access.

The BoA branch at the south end of Crystal City has these.

I like to swap out hard drive backups quarterly, and what good is jewelry in the bank box if it's just such a Wells Fargo sign-in hassle you never want to deal with it.
