Vienna resident murdered at VA Tech

A Vienna resident and VA Tech student was murdered over the weekend. Samanata Shrestha was a senior honors student. A VA Tech student has been arrested and charged with murder. A VA Tech grad has been charged as an accessory after the fact.

Who can tell me about the incident when the student was be-headed in the cafeteria. Was it another student who sliced her head off?

She was a student at VA tech. She was murdered while a student at VA Tech. You are not particularly clever.
