Alifom pleads guilty to lesser charge in Lonczak case

... in Emylee Lonczak's death. "Tampering with evidence." Which, in this case, is the body of a human being.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — A Vienna man who admitted letting a teenage girl die from a heroin overdose rather than seeking help and then dumping her body has pleaded guilty to a federal charge.

Twenty-year-old Kyle Alifom entered a guilty plea Monday in U.S. District Court in Alexandria to a charge of tampering with evidence. He had originally been charged with heroin distribution resulting in death.

Court documents indicate that Alifom, 16-year-old Emylee Lonczak of McLean and two friends traveled back in August to the District of Columbia to buy heroin.

Lonczak, using heroin for the first time, passed out. The group took Lonczak back to Alifom’s house, where she died. Alifom admitted he then hid her body outside the home because he was afraid he would get in trouble.

Told you he would get off. Mommy and Daddy must have bought him a good lawyer and as usual the Feds folded like a lawn chair.

That was only on federal charges. Hopefully he'll have some local ones waiting in the wings.

There was an article in the Post today about a kid from Bethesda who OD'd from heroin but survived because his companions called for help. If Alifom and his pals had any decency, they would have done this for this girl and she might still be alive today. I hope this dip shit from Marshall gets a decent sentence.

guys, he couldn't call for help to save this girls life as she lay dying. he was worried about possibly missing out on a few months of his own life.

this little asshole wants to drop her randomly in DC? why not at a hospital, you twat? It's sad that this shit sandwich isn't charged with manslaughter at the least.

He has a public defender for his FFX cases... not sure they would've given him one had his parents been able to afford a top-dog attorney for the Federal level.. You have to be REALLY destitute to get a PD.
